Gymnastics meets are rotation puzzles. Each gymnast hits vault, bars, beam, and floor — in a specific order — across the morning or afternoon session.
Session blocks
Typical meet runs 3-4 sessions per day, 60-80 gymnasts per session. Each session lasts about 3 hours including warmup.
Event rotations
Squads rotate every 35 minutes. The scheduler should print squad cards with rotation order, coach assignments, and starting event.
Parent alerts
Families want to know when their daughter is on bars. SMS 15 minutes before a rotation gets parents to the right spot at the right time.
