Do we own the final designs?

Yes. Your org keeps every file — mascot, designs, style guide, vector sources. Use them anywhere.

What if our mascot is fine and we just want merch?

Totally fine. We'll keep your existing mascot and focus the design work on the color system, typography, and 6 merch designs.

How does the revenue share work?

After launch, the POD backend ships every order direct to the parent. Your org earns a rev share on each sale. Full rev-share breakdown is in the post-checkout welcome packet.

What happens after I check out?

You'll land on a short kickoff questionnaire (mascot, colors, vibe — about 5 minutes). Our design team gets it instantly, sends you the first concepts inside 7–10 business days, and books a 20-minute intro call if you want one.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — 100% refundable any time before we deliver week-2 concepts. After concepts are delivered, the refund is prorated against the work completed. We'll always talk first.

Can we order blank stock for in-person events?

Yes. POD is the default, but we can spin up a small bulk run for game nights or fundraisers when you need physical inventory on hand.

What if we want more than 6 designs?

The expanded merch library add-on delivers 6 more designs for $1,200. Most schools start with 6 and add more after they see what sells.
